Not so sure, we may move out to BC. Love the mountains and warmer winters.
You can move to the US we should have plenty of room
When everyone here moves there
Retirement is nice. Maybe we can find some way to go flying together once that happens. Warmer climate will help that also.
Damn straight. Without working 12 hour shifts all the time I should have a lot more time for the fun stuff in life.
So is that the new BC, as in California?
I hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving and/or a very nice Thursday.
I am up here visiting my Mom in Wichita Falls Texas. I got a few flights on each of these planes. I have not flown my Escapade since last Easter, up here in fact. I had forgotten how much of a rocket ship this plane is. Damn near a pylon racer, well sorta. lol
Now since you finally have your own blog page....it's time to add an obligatory flight video, IMO.
I agree. I'll have to work on that. I shall get my people on it asap.
Good Plan! lol
Random 'ol school video.......
Need some Topside action?
Hmmm. Didn't receive a notification from my own thread. What a bunch of crap!!!!
I shall get some people on this at once! Now, where is my people?
The ones that break kneecaps with bats?
LOL! Sometimes ya get what ya pay for! (cool find, I won't admit to how much of that film clip I actually stayed in front of!)
So Pamster ya love Bi-planes...yet no biplanes in the hanger currently? :banghead: Which plane(s) grabbed your fancy so fondly?
I have always been a true fan of the Staggerwing.
And of course living legend (IMHO) Burt Rutan actually put radical in the the same sentence with bi-plane. (Sorceress)
Yes, those people.
Actually I pay a membership to support this site.
I have 3 biplanes in my hanger. A Pitts M12, a Phaeton II, and a Skybolt which is only a hanger queen.
Skybolts are typically my favorite, closely followed by any Pitts.
That's a nice looking staggerwing. Those types always seem to look wrong to me and I can't remember if that is a negative or positive stagger. I get those confused. Lol.
It does look unstable.......I was thinking, dang....that's a big Tru-Turn. (Or, it could be a Dave Brown?) lol
Separate names with a comma.
