Its a tough build I had to screw the wing on after pluging the already installed servos and linkages.

The T-28 is one fun little plane. Its just a good plane no matter the pilot. Its one of those rare planes that everyone has fun with.
I dont know what it is that makes it so fun, but everyone that flys one wants one.
And its insane the flight times that you can get on one.

So last nite over at buld nite. OF course I bring my new toy. Showtime is a crack up. You could kind of tell he was not into the little plane then it just reached out and grabed him. Nothing like seeing a T-28 trying with all its mite to do rollers. (left and right) then it came timeto land. Well it no CHARGER it needs a little airspeed no hover to hand crap with her. so we do a couple approaches and it looks real good the battery is starting to sag so he calls it next time we are in. He has a sweet approach everything is looking perfect.. OR we thought. you know that huge tree across from Shows? Well lets just say we have had more than one bird stuck in that tree well add one more this was jsut way cooler he thought he had cleared it and was really moving. BAM. We had to use a basket ball to get her down. After repairs i thought I would show good Ole Show how to get it done. Yeah I hit the other tree on the other side of the street going mach 1.. I will need another T-28.. Nothing like grown men playing with TOY AIRPLANES.. All the money in the hobby the best equipment on the planet in the garage no more than fifty feet away and we are flying a 150.00 foam plane..

Bummer Money.... guess you need to quit flying the choppers and practice more with fixed wing. Is it trash?

Hey, not taking the time to look, how is the bird equipped (specs) and what added hardware did you need to get? What battery?

Never! Actually flying the Devil birds I think has made me a beter fixed pilot. no she isnt trash but she is now a one piece unit and no landing gear..The T-28 has a stock 480 motor with a matching Esc. All the servos and linkages are pre installed. Seems to work well all you will need other than that is a small parkflyer receiver. I am using the 6200 spectrum with NO issues. a 2100 3S battery will take you for a solid 15 minutes and with throttle mangment you could go easily into the 20-25 minute zone. I was shooting touch and go's at Whitter and the timer finally went off at 30 minutes. battery was warm but not anyway as HOT as they are when I take them off the helo after a five minute flight fun reminds me of when I frst started and all I wanted was to take off and land without hurting anything. Sitting out at the field until dark just going around and around playing you call it games with my flying buddies. Ok take off do a loop and land first one down wins last one down takes a shot. inverted landings, tail drag, the "chicken" runs. take off oppsoing directions do a split S and land head on first one to pull away losses. and of course you know the penalty.. Climb and glide Oh man to much fun.
