I cannot make this up....Just to show the great quality of the supplied pull pull cable...this is what happens when just adjusting it. No taxing...no ROG...just installing it. Yes....sleep well next time your in that high rise hotel in PRC... Yet another delay and out of pocket expense to run to LHS and pick up good American quality pull pull cable. Time wasted to redue what has already been done.

Show some size comparison to the JHI F86....the MIG is big and impressive...presents well and the Red really pops. AIrframe even with everything at AUW is extremly light. (will post exact weight later). If N Tech can figure out the hardware and component issues...this is a sharp looking jet.

Good old CHICOM quality gear here...yes indeed. Run the Tam Fan to about 50% throttle up...and the inlet ducting crumbles like a Beer can....so once again...rip everything out...start over. Happy Happy joy joy.

About 5 hours later...a much improved inlet ducting that has been re-glassed, seems sealed with CA and painted. This one holds up to the sucky-sucky of the TamJet.

So perhaps if no further breaking of the stock supply equipment...this thing will fly.

Maiden report:

1. CG is good at 8.2 inches,.
2. Control surfaces deflection good. Go with more elevator than you would normally.
3. Can handle more flaps than manual recommends.

TJ120 fan worked as advertised. No issues with the fan. Nose gear hung up on retraction so need to figure that out. MIG flew decent but I expected more speed. I need to close the exit diameter on my thrust tube more to 3.5, to get better thrust. Right now I am at about 4. MIG flew like a big Byron. With more flights and choking down the thrust tube some more...will expect more speed.
