Trying to figure it out
I plan on using one of these on my Wrong Way RC Lamyak 30. It should pull it around nicely. If I ever get it done.

K, letsgo!!
OK I'll bite. I did like the power the Area 51 made, but the needle bearings failed. It was a design flaw, admitted by Kevin himself. Just didn't feel brave enough to try my luck a second time with the third generation. Now part of that was the distributor and we won't go there.

I hope they improved. I might just have to get that 30 and neat profile combo!;)

Hey Revy there were issues in the past. Like you said some if it was created by the distrubutors. However, Kevin has really improved his engines a lot. It is just like when DLE started out they had issues but fixed them and now they are great motors. We are in touch with Kevin on a daily basis and he is always wanting feedback on his motors.

Hopefully you will give them another try. Like I said he has learned from the past and is now producing a great product.

One of the things that I noticed was people are always asking about the quality of the china engines. Well the other day I took apart the 120 I am prototyping to take a look. I had a new set of seals sent for the motor so I wouldnt have to reuse the old ones.

Here are a few pictures of the insides of the new 120. Now this motor is not released yet as both Kevin at JC and us want to make sure that it is a rock solid motor for the customers.

But this is the quality you get when ordering a Jc engine

I will try and keep everyone updated on the progress of the 120s
