BTW Great Planes is releasing an Ultrasport ARF with retracts this month. It looks great and the price will be $180. It takes a .46 to .55 engine.

Thanks for the links Dougy. I have never had a plane with retracts before. I may have to seriously consider this one.

Hmmm, I am a little unsure. I also forgot about a retract servo. Not that big of a deal I guess.
I think I need to see someone else fly one first as that video was kind of, plain, I guess.
I think you should get one Doug and then I will know for sure.

Well that is cool. My .55AX is setting pretty happily on my Escapade MX.
I am a little unsure what I would put on this Ultra Sport.
I have a .70 4 stroke but that is on my Phaeton.
THAT'S IT!!!!!! I don't have enough engines. :)

Well there you have it folks. So weak indeed. Lol.

What's the 2nd R617 receiver for? The other weak moment about a month ago or so?:)

I am looking forward to your review of how this plane flies.

I finished off the Tiger 3 yesterday. Forgot to post the pics. The plane itself is very will built and the quality of the wood is excellent. The one thing I found to be sub par was the covering. It is very nicely applied, but the quality of it is terrible. It is a very thin and extremely low heat type of covering. Very difficult to work with, my trim tool set on low with will still melt and smear the covering. It is almost like a very lightweight MacTac, as the adhesive is sticky all the time, not requiring heat to activate. I haven't put it on the scale yet but I am guessing about 8.5 lb which should move well with the 95 on it.

Plane looks great. I'm in Macon Ga. this morning heading to Daytona Beach after breakfast. I'll check back in this evening.
Doug. After being in the cold weather. 63 F feels warm.
