Hello all, new to the forum and getting back into the hobby after a long hiatus. Just a couple of questions. I want to get into electric warbirds and was between the e-Flite p-47 and an FMS p-40 55”. The p-47 is bind and fly with safe tech. I have a spectrum dxe 6 channel transmitter I plan to use. The p-40 is a bit larger and needs a receiver and was planning on using a spectrum ar636 receiver. Any suggestions between the 2? Thanks for any info.

Nice to have you back. You may find it changed some, but if you post about the RC's there are still those here that will love talking with you.

Ever give scratch building a try? The Flite Test stuff reacts pretty well and the Extra 330 model they have is pretty massive and is quite the performer. All the stuff is open for the public to build and is cheap because its made of foam board.
