Been unable to get them. I'm not 100% sure on the brand.

You could take some time and really read through Sensi's build threads. He builds his own and they are super nice. I think after reading his threads I can do it. It may be worth the time learning to do it not to mention teaching your boys a great skill. I have a friend that just made a new tray then glued foam to the tray then sanded the foam to form and then glassed and painted it.. Looks great and works..

see if you can't find one for a 35% and trim it. 33% extra not very common.

BINGO.....its not as hard as you think, you can create the shape you want and once the composite piece is cured just trim it as you would a polycarbonate canopy...unless you want a clear one of course. On another note, it doesnt absolutely have to be the exact canopy from that kit manuf... find others and trim it to fit.

I made one a while back. I made a very simple vaccum box, heated the plastic in the oven and used my shop vac for the suction. All you need is the shape. I used foam first then made a mold, used plaster, polised it and done. About 3/4 of a dayswork. Less if I wasn't drinking...HEHE
