I would recommend a plane like a pipercub because it flies very stable and a Cessna has got flaps(?) so it is more difficult to fly
I started with a easystar from multiplex and it is until now a great fun to fly
If you like a plane wich you want to have several years i would recommend you a multiplex funcub because you can start flying with just rudder and elevator and then you can upgrade to flaps, ailerons and a more powerful motor.

Piper cub. Definitely. Just be careful with the tail whipping motion while landing or taking off, that happens a lot with tail draggers
