We fly inside a not very big Gym. However the size of the planes we fly are significantly smaller then the one shown in this thread.

Made up some hex head bolts to hold the lower fuse brackets on. Just didn't like the way socket head bolts looked. Made up and hooked up the four wires that support the Cabane Struts. Now I have to put the wings on to do the rest.

Still making brackets an hooking up rigging. I had to put the plane together for the first time since I painted it. I'm happy. :)

Construction is finished except for the windshield. Now I'll have to take it apart and rebuild the ruder toque rod. I used 1/8 spring steel for it. It turned out to be to flimsy. I will go to 3/16 wire. I looked a the BUSA set up and that is what they used. THen finish stuffing the RC stuff in it and relax till spring. But I will leave it assembled for a little while so I can stare at it...
If the weather is nice tomorrow I will drag it out in the snow and take some pictures.

    Lol. What Doug said.
The camouflage is almost camellia like within the garage.
I am going to line up outside to wait for the engine to fire.

So here is some contrast to the camo. It's not hiding in the snow for sure.

I'l get back to working on it tomorrow.

So was it too cold for the pilot to get in there for a picture? Lol.

She looks absolutely beautiful Tom. And yes she can't hide in that snow for sure.

The pilot I'm sorry to say is a lazy ass. I told him to get in there but he said no, he was taking a nap and didn't want to be bothered. :)

I just hope that it flies as good as it looks. I've had people tell me that they wouldn't have chosen that color. I said to myself, Daaaa, why does he think I picked it. LOL

I think that camo scheme is killer. There is good reference between top and bottom as well.

The color of a scale plane is chosen for you.
I also think the scheme is awesome.

I did my obligatory Rant on F/B on the FAA so i won't do it here. Suffice it to say that the FAA # is under Joe's Butt. It sh should smell real good by the time an FAA inspector would want to see it.

Here are some pictures with the pilot in the cockpit.

Oh, now he hops in the plane while in a warm and cozy garage.

"Can a guy get a windshield or something in this bird?":)
