    Because JB asked for it.

The plane is on the way.... the best engine for the job seemed like this one, to me:

Going with 8711s all around. Fromeco batteries and switches. And, a Smart-Fly PowerSystem which has 8 channels, 6 are equalized. The unit also includes an ignition cutoff and either a super or turbo reg on the front.

Could go with a ZDZ Super 80.

What's this new Smart Fly system you're mentioning? Is there any more information on it anywhere?

True on the ZDZ-80 Super... maybe I'll try one someday... didn't like several things about the old ZDZ-80...

There is the EVO-80, too. I want to try one of those on a pipe on a slightly larger plane.

I'm thinking this DA will be killer power to weight on this model.

About the new Smart-Fly PowerSystems... they'll go into production in a couple of weeks and I imagine between now and then Smart-Fly will make some product information available... right now I only know what I posted.

omg, that is so funny Joe... just as long as everyone understands you're doing a parody/joke... and that 3W makes great engines. People can be very sensitive about this stuff.

Must be the snow chains the big brown truck has to put on to deliver mine waay up here! I got myself on the reserved list with AW back in Toledo, just waiting for mine to show up. I have a Super 80 to go on the front, and 5955's all the way around.

Looking forward to your review, Joe.

All I would like is to be able to sell my stuff off as easy as he does. I think I should say built by Joe Hunt on everything I am trying to sell..... lol

I started with the cowl box. First thing you notice is the plywood reinforcement to protect the precious cargo:

    They're also double boxed:
