  Varathane might be to thick......you really only need to make up a small amount of loose fit I am
  sure........Paint it last and is adjustable if to tight...sand to fit....

  Plumber I saw one shoot off in Chula Vista at the throwdown 06.....I think it was TJ's..Not exactly shoot

  I agree with Bodyworks...Woody's ZN has a painted tube and we keep it dashed lightly with baby powder
  just to get it in and out with out getting stuck......Paint adds mm quickly....
