So, this is your chance to share some background info on the significant other(s) in your life that help you do it all. share your bio, post pics, acknowledge everything and everyone that makes it all work for you!

Re: Circus Support Family
My support at home...runs the house, takes care of the kids, while I travel to the far corners of the world to put food on the table and she lets me have my 'weekend morning away' to fly on Sat's.....

Re: Circus Support Family
This thread is a great idea Greg.
Awesome family you got! You too are so lucky to have something so rare.
I would also like to share who supports me at home with all of you.
My girlfriend Tracy, who stands behind me in everything I do. Always so calm and easy going, putting up with my crap, encouraging me with my models, and helping me any way she can. She always seems to put others first. We have been together since 2003.
Never would I have dreamed 12 years ago after living with some one who was the most selfish person on earth, and gaining custody of my kids, did I think that I ever would meet a woman so hard working, kind and giving. She makes others around her who have perfect health look like lazy whiners as she tackles each day with crippling arthritis. Always with a positive attitude and her head held high.
Those of you that have no support at home, and are living alone after going through a bad relationship, never put all women in the same class as them like I used too. Life is to short to be bitter and alone. There are a few good ones out there, you just got to look very, very hard. It is possible to have a woman for your best friend! And this is coming from a old fashioned cave man who lives in the secluded past 80 years ago here on a small family farm.
And I also thank my three children, Jelena, Nicki, and Dean. For putting up with my models and the long hours I spend on them all these years, as I think they know they help me keep my sanity in a insane world I sometimes find myself in.
And I would also like to thank my father and brother, who not only got me in this hobby like I told in another thread, but still support me in it to this day.
Each day I feel like the luckiest guy alive.

Re: Circus Support Family
I'm not a flyer yet, but I'm very lucky to have as much support as I do.
I spend a lot of time online, I also collect books, the majority of which come from library sales and garsge sales (I don't want to pay high dollar) and I also have started collecting lava lamps so it's more for her to clean but she's a trooper. She handles everything in the house (except cooking, I do that), and I'm free to pursue my interest as I see fit.
This pic is a year old but it's of my Daughter and I.

Re: Circus Support Family
I started dating Gina when I was 15 and she was 14. We have now been together for over 23 years and married for 14. Her and the girls have been very supportive through getting ready for Huck-O-Ween.

Re: Circus Support Family
Well since everyone is sharing...
My girlfriend Mandy has been nothing but wonderful since she came into my life about a year ago. Shes kind, loving, and hardworking. She has been very supportive of the hobby since day one, and she flies the T-28 too! She is even good enough to listen to the silly stories about the goons who post on here, even though she asks me what's wrong with Chason. She's really a good egg, I hope I can keep her around for a while.
I also have a completely worthless cat named Gravy that has to inspect every airplane box that comes in the house, and then proceed to make it her new fort until I can snatch it away from her.

Re: Circus Support Family
I'm not married- Just another bachelor floating from home to home.
I am very grateful for my family though- My father has supported my R/C addiction since I was just a whipper snapper. Now I'm gearing up to move back in- first time since I was 16. Since Kenspeckle and I split I've been twisting in the wind- and spending some time with the folks might be a strain for all of us, but I'm looking forward to some semblance of normality.
I need to give props to the Cirkus- There have been times I was in desperate need and the Cirkus came to my rescue- covered medical bills, and given me all kinds of other support.
Showtime, T-man, Barry Built, 50% plane, I know I'm forgetting someone- but you guys really came through for me in times of need. Thank you all again from the bottom of my heart.
Our sport really is a community- I can't list every ones names, but if we've flown together I probably owe you something!
Austin- thanks again for throwing down on the Rocky Mountain 3D Throwdown- you made a few guys very happy!
Oh- here is a pic of my main man- Maximus Doggus! Cuteness!!!
