Old school Carden with some updated modifications. The wingspan is 89". I thought a mintor 75( not available at this time) would have been great for this plane, I hate cutting cowls up to fit motors takes away from the lines of the plane.
How about that EF plane in video 2. That plane got a spanking and came back for more.

My question for the day is what is the correct relationship between the servo and the control horn as far as placement goes?
Also post or phenolic horns who likes what and why?

Oh wow, I didn't realize the small Carden Extra only had an 89" wingspan. I was thinking 92 to 95", which would roughly equate to a 31 to 33%. The build looks great. It has been a while since I've done a kit. I made the mistake of buying and ARF years ago, man, the term "How convenient" is what stuck in my head, more time at the field! Da has the 60, but also a 70 twin coming, if it's not too heavy, might be good on that.
Nice vid!! I love flying in wind like that!!! That plane and pilot kicked butt!!

Did not have a lot of time this week to work on the plane had to do the paying gig 1st. I Did get the tooling made to do the servo cut outs in the foam and the sheeting is glued for the H Stab.
101 uses for a soldering gun?
