The kits are in, I am trying to get them boxed up to ship out this week.

I came back from FX3D with a full blown cold, been slow on the go this week.

Here are pictures of the standard hardware package components. Not shown is carbon rod to do the throttle and all servos. Also not shown is the 6061 T-6 custom landing gear that comes with the kit along with 3 inch aluminum hub wheels and WWRC axles.

This kit does not come with a tail wheel more on that later...WWRC has one to offer.

Pictured below,

1) HD control horns. These bolts are 8-32 and grade 8.... very strong.

2) 8-32 grade 8 landing gear attach bolts and washers

3) HD Dubro ball links with SAE 440 socket head bolts, washers and fiber lock nuts. This attaches to the servo arm.

4) Stainless 303 capture ends with 4-40 thread to connect servos to carbon rod.

5) 3/16 hinges - 25 count to do entire plane

6) Dubro standard ball links 4-40 bolts to hook up throttle.

This hardware is high quality and totally usable.

4 of the control horns on a scale weigh 30 grams.

Compare that to 4 of the double truss phenolic arms on the 50cc at 16 grams. It is a difference of about a half an ounce. Maybe less when you figure in glue. The G-4 phenolics that come with the 50cc WWRC kit were designed to also be used on the 30cc as long as you are using 1.5 inch control arms.

Both are very much over kill for this 30cc airframe.

The phenolic are a little more work to install and glued in, the material would fly a 40% as it is the same spec as that on some 40's. The grade 8 bolts are probably gonna take about 45 g's to bend (satire). So both are great selections on this airframe.

If a customer wants to upgrade to the G-4 double truss phenolics on this 30cc airframe they can do so for an extra $12 added to the package.
