If you can find a shred of evidence that any of these are 'influenced' by her readings of foreign juduciary writings, I will admit that RTK may have some justification for his whinig about her.

Alas, I have read quite a few - mostly boring as hell and having nothing whatsoever to do with constitutionality, since most are final appeals of one or another type of criminal or civil cases, and can't find a single word that indicates that RTK's vehement ramblings have one iota of justification. ...............

As always I heartily support RTK's right to express an opinion, even it if it based on lack of knowledge, propoganda, illiogic and gross distortion of what few facts are represented.

But I will also express my opinion, but back it up with research, facts, and logic.

Will they actually do it or will they rewrite the bill behind closed doors and add changes that the Senate will not accept, just so they can say they passed the bill in the House?
