Re: My new 144" build thread
Two layers of Fliteskin laminated together makes a nice hatch for the elevator servos. Real firm but flexible enough to conform to the airfoil shape. I'll get some nice button head screws from RTL at final assembly.

Yea... I get that a lot. I just picked up a Hobbico Focke-Wulf Fw 190 EP for my 9 year old boy. Guess I'll have to teach him how to paint on the Swastika's. LOL!

Re: My new 144" build thread
One thing at a time Dave- We will be watching!
Clown- You should look up the Warbirds oover the rockies crash video's on you tube- somebody who commented was LIVID people had swastika's on their planes- like they were supporting them or something... Of course like 20 people reacted and told the guy he was nuts.
Since I'm flying an Allied P-47, I look forward to smoking some NAZI SCUM! LOL... You gotta do what you gotta do...

Re: My new 144" build thread
Lol! Yeah, I could imagine that happening. Funny, just like those pukes that give people a hard time about flying a Confederate flag.

Re: My new 144" build thread
Two less parts laying around the shop.
I spent the afternoon blocking up the airframe with the wings on, measuring, leveling, setting the incidence bla, bla, bla... Got the Stab and Fin assemblies final installed. Everything is real rigid with the added 1/32" plywood doublers inside the Fuselage.
Lord help me if I forgot any provisions for all the wires and cables that need to be fished through the tire hole.
