Here's a link to a thread that involves a Brisighella Skybolt. I built the plane with plans, cowl, and wheelpants I bought in the early 80's. I then bought a balsa bundle (just lumber). All this sat in my basement all this time, until I finally built it last fall and summer 2011. The plane is still going strong, despite its dubious and humble beginnings. I just bought a Spektrum DX8 with all the telemetry I can get, and am now installing it into the Skybolt. By the way, a lot of guys have noted the difficulty making the metal parts, especially the cabane. I used Solidworks 3D cad modeling software to make the cabane you see, and then the software flattened it into a pattern. It was very accurate.
