Doesn't seem like they're going to work if the receiver batteries or the receiver fails.
SCARY!!!!!

Re: Cub 50%
I share Dean Bird's concern about the ignition cut-off switches. Why in the world use a 30 year old technology for a safety feature like this, when modern technology only costs $50.00-$100.00????????????????????????????????

Re: Cub 50%
RacerBob, Your moment of insanity is a thing of beauty! Only one thing you may need a bigger CAT. Damn CUB is going to be a ton of fun. I hear you are going to do some Aerotow with that monster? I also heard you have some killer ideas for a safe tow line. Care to share any ideas with us? Not sure I like that ignition kill set up you have made up. Dean has a good point batteries dont last forever and withthe plans to aerotow that big girl could see some serious long flights without rest. When word spreads you have a bird that can tow those huge scale gliders your going to be busy.
Tman, Show is right the 50% is in hell right now and surrounded by the kids Xmas presents seems the trailer is a handy place to store things. She was back on her feet for a week or so and I had the cowl mounted up my friendly painter has it marked up and if the weather lifts I may see paint on it early 09. The hatch has developed a huge void that is going to get repaired and the wings still need just alittle more attention then covering. Show tells me he has a line on the thousand or soo feet she will require. I think you will get your 250.00 pull in09 for sure. Rudder tray
Bob Can I fly your new Toy? PLEASE!!
