Default Aeroworks edge 35% with....

Hi guys

I gonna have an Aeroworks edge very soon. Yeahhhhhh
It will be powered by............yes a little different........GP-88cc from Fergus
I made my choise after watching the 107'' corvus racer with the 88cc

I will try to build the plane as light as i can without messing to much with it.

Servos will be hitec 7955tg and 7950. I will also use alot of SpotOn produckts.
It's not gonna be a buildtread, but a pics and video tread

DARE TO BE (a little) DIFFERENT.

One of the undisclosed Aeroworks pilots got his down to 24#'s. He pulled the canister tunnel and a few other things to get the weight down...

Yes i have seen that tread, but i'm going put proflow on
A flying friend here in Norway did a vertical test on his EF-extra 78''. One with ks-tunepipe and one with proflow................you wont belive me, but it was no difference. And he liked the cannister better
So thats why i keep my tunnel an go for proflow I'm happy if i get ok escape power

But who knows for now.

Hey, thanks for the info, i did not know he got it at 24#

I may of been at Clover Creek a few years back. I mwy of seen Jason Noll crash his AW edge in practice. I may of also seen him PUNCHING out formers and ribs from the new airplane they overnighted him telling me they were not needed. I would say its easy to get it down to the low 20's....

I got my engine today. 5 days from Taiwan to me in Norway. Thats great Fergus
It comes with cm-6 plugg, pitts-muffler with smokenipple if you like to have smoke. The engine also have choke-release......is that right in English??
Push the throttle and choke go off.
I will post pics of the chokesystem later today.

I probably do what Geno did with his plane. Cut out the tunnel and radiofloor. After seeing pics of his edge, i like to do the same to lighten mine up a little as well.

I was being serious about him punching those parts out the airplane.

Also, let us know about that engine! They seem to be pretty good from first reports.

Gravy, i may have misunderstood something about what you where saying before. Sorry if i did, i'm from Norway

I'm looking forward to get this engine in the air. I know many people think i'm , but i like to try new things.
I know the best choise for this airplane probably is DA-120cc, but fun to try new things. I belive in this
