Sigh....... I miss my 10C already... .. need to get it fixed soon....
(still has two trim buttons that won't work)
anyways.... here's all I did on aircraft today....(since the weather
actually stunk all day with the snow this morning, and now mud pits
everywhere from the melting....)
Did the final balancing on the Rainbow Extra after changing from
the old battery setups, to the A123 battery setup I have now.....
and I also programed the Rainbow Extra into Nelly's 7C... Figure I'd use her
radio for the next few weeks, if I get any chances to go fly....
Oh yes, Karen... there's a "Rainbow" in the kitchen!!! HA!!!!!

Excellent way to finish out the afternoon....
I fired up the Extra in the back yard, fine tuned to the colder air,
and adjusted throttle curve...... sounds good,
"feels good" and I think in general, she's good to go!
Now, I need a decent day.... maybe tomorrow?????
Weather says:
Sunday
Mostly sunny. Highs in the lower 40s. Northwest winds 5 to 10 mph.
(oddly enough, that was the same forecast they said for today,
before retiring last night.... hmmmm)

Well, no snow this morning, but.... 24.1 °F now, and...........
Dense fog advisory in effect until 9 am EST this morning...
Today
Mostly cloudy early this morning...then becoming mostly sunny. Widespread dense fog early this
morning. Highs in the lower 40s. Northeast winds 5 to 10 mph.

Morning everybody,
Yesterday was great weather although a little cold at 41 degrees. however, there was not wind so I was able to squeeze in a little flying. Here are a couple of pics that I took at the field.

Still does!! I bought another one when they were closing them out, so I have one in the box for that fateful day when this one goes in. It is the best plane I have ever flown bar none!
I'm looking at recovering it this spring, maybe around march. Too bad Ken didnt live closer I would hire him he is much better than I.
